Enquiries and legal basis
If you submit the form, we process your name, company, email address, optional telephone number and enquiry to reply and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking precontractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). If you contact us on behalf of a company and are not a prospective contracting party, the basis is CADT’s legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)); you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Fields marked as required are needed to handle your enquiry; without them we cannot reply through the form. Do not send passwords or sensitive information. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages.
Measurement and advertising
Visit and conversion measurement may involve browser and session identifiers, IP address, technical data, traffic source, pages viewed and interactions. Microsoft Clarity analyses journeys and session recordings; Google Ads attributes visits and enquiries to campaigns; stats.chocala.net brings together events and enquiry content to assess lead quality. Storage or access technologies that are not necessary require your consent (LSSI Article 22(2) and GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). See the Cookie policy for details.
Recipients and transfers
FormSubmit sends form submissions to hola@cadt.com. Hosting and email providers, Microsoft Clarity and Google Ads may also access data for their respective purposes. CADT does not sell your data. Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area; any international transfer must rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. You can request details of the provider and applicable safeguards at info@cadt.com.
Retention
We retain enquiries while handling them and providing requested follow-up. Afterwards, they are kept in restricted form only for applicable legal limitation periods; if a contract begins, the periods for that relationship apply. Events and enquiry copies in the statistics system have a planned retention of 395 days; IP addresses and user-agent data, 30 days. Your measurement preference is remembered in this browser for 180 days.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. Write to info@cadt.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
